Henco multilayer pipe and fittings is a WRAS approved high quality system; the pipe has inner and outer layers of Cross Linked Polyethylene (PE-X) these layers are bonded together with EVOH adhesive, to a mid layer of aluminium. The aluminium is butt welded to give a constant and even wall thickness. The aluminium layer prevents oxygen ingress and gives the pipe ‘bend and stay’ characteristics. The pipe is available in coils (from 14mm up to 32mm) or 3 mtr and 5 mtr straight lengths (from 16mm up to 63mm). To complement the pipes quality, there is a comprehensive range Brass and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) fittings, both fitting ranges have EPDM ‘O’ rings and pipe insertion depth windows, together they work as a dynamic system and are suitable for a wide range of applications; the system is rated to operate between temperatures of -20°C to +95°C with a maximum working pressure of 10bar.
